Stamp Duty and Registration Charges for Leave and License Agreement

Stamp duty and Registration Fee are an important component of Registered Agreement. Once the document is executed by giving consent for Biometrics of Licensor, Licensee and two identifiers then the document has to be submitted online for registration. Without proper filling of Stamp Duty and Registration Fee its practically impossible to submit the document. These can be calculated by using below parameters:-

1. Stamp Duty will be 0.25% on the complete rent and non refundable or 10% (for each year) of refundable deposit

2. Registration fees will be Rs. 1000/- if your property comes under Corporation and Rs. 500/- if the property is in Rural Area.
